1. What data we collect

TEDRA ERP stores the data managed by the education center: student and teacher profiles (name, contact details), registration and group data, attendance and assessment records, and payment and invoice history. This data is entered into the system directly by you (the center).

2. How data is stored

All data is kept on cloud infrastructure and transmitted over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). Access to the database is open only to authorized, authenticated users. Data is backed up regularly.

3. How we use data

Data is used only to provide the TEDRA ERP service — to operate the system, prepare reports and provide support. Data is not sold for advertising purposes or transferred to third parties without permission.

4. Role-based access

In the system, a separate permission level is assigned to each user role (Admin, Manager, Teacher, Staff, etc.). Users can see only the data that corresponds to their role.

5. Data retention period

Data is kept for the duration of the contract. When the contract ends, your data is handed over to you or deleted in the manner agreed with you.
